JCPenney Black Friday Highlights

By | November 23, 2012

This past year, jcpenney (1% cashback) changed its business model to get rid of coupons and to eliminate sales in favor of everyday low pricing.  They are, however — yay for us! — offering sales for Black Friday!  And, they’re offering free shipping on all orders, no minimum required, and no coupon code required!  Here’s what caught my eye this morning:

Ladies’ boots!  Just go check all of them out, with LOTS to choose from starting at, get this, just twenty bucks!  And there are MANY different pairs for $20, including these Worthington Medusa Chunky-Heel Boots (reg. $47!), in black, brown, and grey.  Seriously, this is a crazy boot sale, with so many different brands, colors, and styles…just go look.  That’s all I’m sayin’.  😉

Small appliances (Cooks brand) for $8:
– Nonstick electric griddle (reg. $22)
– 2-Slice Toaster (reg. $22)
– 10-liter Toaster Oven (reg. $27)
– 12-cup Programmable Coffeemaker (reg. $30)

Iso-Cool Synthetic Pillow:  $17 (reg. $21) for the standard size, or $21 (reg. $30) for king-size.  I have this pillow and it is amazing!  Your head doesn’t make the pillow hot, so you’re not always flipping it over to the cool side!  I’ve sent mine off on camping trips with my son because it works so well.  Great pillow, I love mine!

Paula Deen 11-pc Nonstick Cookware Set for $60 (reg. $100).  Great price for ANY cookware set, much less one from Paula Deen!

Mobile Light N Sound Barbecue Grill:  $17 (reg. $25) — GREAT reviews on this toy, which includes all of the accessories to pretend-grill plus some fun light and sound effects!

Melissa & Doug Wooden Doll Set:  $14 (reg. $20) — I like that this is a classic toy, M&D toys have a great quality reputation, and you have the whole family here:  parents, two bigger kids and a baby, and grandparents.  JCP sells a big variety of Melissa & Doug toys  at low prices — search for them and see!

$40 Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars High-Top Sneakers (reg. $50)!  Perfect 5-star review out of 28 folks weighing in but let’s be honest…this one’s a timeless classic, no need to say more!

I think these things are ugly as sin, but they’re a big thing with the high school boys in my town, with my son leading the charge.  They wear them with knee socks.  I don’t get it.  Anyway, they’re Nike 1st String Mens Slide Sandals and they’re just $10 today (reg. $20)!

There are some great prices on handbags, too (some are around 30% off their everyday low prices), and I like the brands they carry including Liz Claiborne, Nine & Co., and Rosetti.

Go see for yourself what great BF deals they have going on at jcpenney!  Hurry while selection’s best!
