Due to various technical issues with ticket system and the fact that they take a lot longer to process, we decided to fully get rid of it. We respond quicker to emails compared to ticket system so it will allow us to answer your inquiry faster.
We will be ending the ticket system within a few days so any future customer service inquires should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. [Becky’s note: if you’re used to emailing email@example.com, you can continue to use that instead — all messages to these two addresses forward to a single inbox on our end.]
