Survey Crediting Issues

Not following us on Facebook?  Here’s what Dmitry has posted regarding some issues with survey crediting:

Thursday:
Today Greenfield/Give2cents and Opinion Surveys Research client had an issue with tracking. They were crediting everyone that completed the survey and even those that attempted but didn’t qualify.  Obviously those that attempted and didn’t qualify or just attempted (clicked) should not be getting credits, but today they have a malfunction which credits for this.

We were just alerted of this issue and we’re going to reverse all the transactions for these 3 survey routers that occurred and credited today. This will explain why you might see a balance decrease or negative balance (if you already redeemed). Once they fix the issue later today/tomorrow, we will upload the “real” credits for those who really completed the surveys.

It is safe to keep doing the surveys today as if you really complete the survey it will still credit today/tomorrow once the fix is done.

Friday:
Greenfield is still fixing the issue so you will not see credit for Greenfield, Give2Cents and Opinion Research until we assume Monday night, but it is safe to do them as all of them will catch up once they upload the correct files.

Thank you for your patience!  We are really sorry for the confusion and concern that this situation has caused.  We are quite frustrated ourselves as it’s something outside of our control, and we have to wait on these sites (who don’t typically work on weekends) to get this sorted out so we can get everyone properly credited.  Please rest assured that we WILL!  QR has been in business for 10 years and we stand behind our golden-rule commitment to treat each member the way we ourselves would like to be treated, which includes being credited accurately as soon as possible, so you can cash out your earnings at your convenience.

    I had a few of the survey windows open up, and just flicker in the status bar, and up top. It gave me just the $.01 for the attempt tho. 🙂

    Good to know, thanks! I was starting to feel afraid to complete an uncredited Greenfield three days in a row, but now I’ll go for it.

    Thank you for keeping us updated! I trust you guys, but am not sure about the other sites. Hopefully, they will be able to correctly credit everyone who does these surveys. Like Michael said, sometimes they don’t even load.

      There’s still a delay in the 3/1 surveys, so if you’re missing any from that date, please let support know. Also yesterday’s surveys are still uploading and should be caught up by tomorrow. The creditor is working overtime to get everything caught up! 😉
