If you would, please, Kristy! I should've said so in my post, sorry about that! Dmitry will get you credited if you forward him your confirmation email to support@quickrewards.net. It should credit very quickly (just a matter of how long it takes Dmitry to manually adjust your account).

You're welcome, Elizabeth, I just wish I knew what to do to fix this!

I have a couple of suggestions, though!

Our link to Lifelock is coming through an affiliate network called Commission Junction, or CJ for short. When we generate links to an offer, to post on the main QR site or on QRDeals, the link generated by the network is what triggers our commission (which is what we use to pay cash back out of -- we generally pay members around 80% of what we earn). Anyway, it's possible that your firewall, active protection, or browser settings may be seeing the Commission Junction link and balking at it (not Lifelock.com itself).

If the cookie that CJ sends doesn't "fire," we don't get commission credit for those sales -- so we have nothing to pay cash back out of. That's why it's really important that members' computers allow access to CJ links.

CJ links are encoded -- they don't LOOK like they're directing through CJ.com but they are (it's a long story, it has to do with people trying to steal other people's commissions, I don't understand it myself). Anyway, that's why if you hover over the Lifelock link in the post, it starts with kqzyfj and not "cj."

If you want to try again, here are a couple of different things you could do:

1. This is the exact same link, but I shortened it with the tinyURL service. Maybe you can get through to the Lifelock offer that way: http://tinyurl.com/yku3u9g

2. If you're still blocked, try going into IE and looking for CJ.com or kqzfj.com in the "restricted sites" list and remove them. It's here: Tools, Internet Options, Security, Restricted Sites -- then highlight them and click Remove.

3. Still not working? Try changing your security settings to "medium-high." It's also in Tools, Internet Options, Security.

The only other thing I could think to do would be to turn off your firewall or active virus protection. But I *think* you're going to find the solution with option #2. (fingers crossed)

Hope this helps -- will be checking email throughout the evening if you want to try and let me know! I may be able to catch Eugene, the tech guy, on AIM if you're still having trouble. I hope you can find out what's up because if your computer is restricting Commission Junction links, that's going to keep you from getting credit for a BUNCH of shopping related offers on QR... plus if it's restricting CJ, it may be restricting our other networks, too, which will limit what you can earn on QR.

I've been doing rewards programs since 2001. Commission Junction only partners with reputable online merchants. They're not going to redirect you to something spammy or something with malicious downloads. I feel VERY confident in suggesting that you remove them from your restricted sites!

Thank you so much for the quick response! I am so frustrated! This is the 2nd time I have been unable to access a great opportunity! I consider myself pretty good with the workings of the computer however when this happens, I feel like such a novice! I tried using my Firefox browser and they can not find the link either. With Internet Explorer, I get an "unable to access the internet" with a little restricted sites warning. And with Firefox, I get an "unable to access the internet". Through all of this, I DO have full access!! It's like the browser's can't recognize the link. I just don't know, but I appreciate all of your help both times I have left comments Becky!!

Thanks for letting me know you had a problem, Elizabeth! I had to LOL at the irony! ;)

I just rechecked all of the links in my post, both in IE and in Firefox, and none of them give me a warning message. I did get a popup in IE prompting me to install Adobe Flash Player because the site uses Flash and I hadn't reinstalled it yet since having to do a hard drive reformat about a month ago.

Has anyone else had a problem with these links?

Just to be ABSOLUTELY sure, I went to McAfee's TrustedSource website to see their ranking of LifeLock.com and here's what they say: http://www.trustedsource.org/query/lifelock.com -- it shows that according to McAfee, there's nothing wrong with LifeLock.com.

I'm a LifeLock customer myself and highly recommend the service. I was thrilled to get $15 cashback when I joined...can't believe they increased their commissions to where we can now offer $60! This only runs through the end of February, though, which is TODAY! So don't wait if you're interested!
